I will be helping to empower and help to gain new insights and skills in the following conditions:
- Relationship and marital problems

- Anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive condition
- Bereavement, anger, eating disorders
- Identity related difficulties including homosexual concerns
- Existential concerns including spirituality and religiosity
Single Session therapy
Single session therapy is a new form of therapeutic encounter with clients/patients. The clients will quickly be able to check their own situation, condition and what is available for them with the practitioner in a safe and professional context. Clients will be able to check if they can work with the professional without any long-term commitments. It is a client-led interaction. Any solutions to their problem can be negotiated within the therapeutic field.
Clinical Supervision
I will be providing supervision to trainees and practitioners working in the fields of mental health, nursing and social work.
